
As well as my training and speaking business, I practice what I preach – using my international business network to help UK businesses find the best re-sellers for their products in global markets.
This is a hands-on process. After doing preliminary research and identifying strategic sales partners, I spend up to three months in-country developing relationships, introducing products and initiating distributorship agreements.
I continue to manage the relationships with those distributors, ensuring they receive great service from the UK business, and helping them market the product in their local market.
